Endless Seasons is a collection of poems about oil, the Niger Delta, and emotions. Oppression, pain, corruption, exploitation and injustice are themes that run through the poems. There is the recurrent theme of female subjugation as well as the deep personal struggles of the African woman. In diverse ways, the poems poignantly portray the sufferings of women, men, and children of Africa.

About the Author

Faith Anna Brown was senior lecturer in English for almost two decades in Nigeria. She also taught at the University of Botswana for three years and coordinated the university's writing centre; before joining the Developmental English faculty at the College of the Marshall Islands. She holds B.A. (Hons) English Language, M.A. English Language, PGDE, Certificates in TESOL and the Teaching of ESP. She is conducting her doctoral research in Applied Linguistics at the University of South Africa, Pretoria. She is a member of the Victoria Writers' Society, International Reading Association and The College of Teachers, London, UK. She is the founder and Editor-in-Chief of Treasure Link Productions, publishers of The Pearl magazine in Nigeria. Some of her short stories and poems have appeared in magazines. Her poems 'A dance in the Air', 'Gourmet's Touch' and 'A Song of Reminiscence' are online @ Poetry Canada website www.federationofpoets.com. The poem 'Saved' was selected in an international poetry competition and published in Transcending Moments, an anthology of the Poetry Institute of Africa, South Africa.
