We're always accepting applications for booksellers, and we are currently hiring! Our ideal bookseller candidate is comfortable engaging everyone that comes through our doors in conversations about books and merchandise. No previous bookstore experience is required, but candidates should have the desire to learn about books and the bookselling industry. We are currently accepting applications for a Store Manager. The Store Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day flow and functions of the bookstore, with a focus on supervising and delegating to staff, and acts as host of the store – making sure that both customers and employees are having a consistent and positive experience. The Store Manager works with Store Ownership and the General Manager to meet sales and profitability goals through excellent merchandising, management and problem solving.
